Harper

This little darling was only a few days old when I took these sweet, in-home newborn photos. I’ve been photographing this family for a few years and have enjoyed every time I get the chance to capture a new milestone for them. They also make some of the cutest kids ever!

Each of my newborn sessions is done in the beauty and comfort of the home of the family I’m photographing. It’s relaxing for the parents to not have to shuffle out the door with a newborn to a studio and gives them beautiful images in their natural surroundings. I love and am drawn to lifestyle and posed images in the home. It just my style and I’m embracing it!

During this session we also took time to capture updated photos of big brother and sister. It worked out well to take some of these images while momma was busy nursing the baby. There are so many precious photos that can be taken during those breaks. Sometimes I take images of other children in the family during breaks, like in this session. Or in another session I might take the time to photograph the nursery and all the details of that. So rest assured that there is time for breaks built into my newborn sessions, and I do my best to continue to capture images for my clients during that time.

Jere and Denise, thank you for choosing me again to capture this precious memories for your family! I love being able to watch your kids grow up and work with you guys time after time for your sessions. You both are amazing parents! xoxo
