Baby Hank was welcomed into his family with a mix of joy and tears. This sweet baby boy was born just days after his momma had lost her sister and niece during childbirth. There was so much joy and sadness intermingling together during this newborn session! Hank was such a healing balm to everyone’s soul during this difficult time. He is the precious life they needed to love and hold to help their hearts start to heal from loss. It was an honor to have his grandma in from out-of-state during this session. I was able to capture some images of three generations together.
Nursery Details
The master bedroom has a nursery wall with a mural that got finished just days before Hank arrived. Family had surprised this momma by finishing up her bedroom makeover for her while she was out for a prenatal message. Bethany, the momma, planned each detail of her master bedroom and nursery area so carefully! The soft blue of the nursery area walls, the mural, the white crib, and neutral, light-colored chair and soft textures all made for a beautiful setting for this newborn session. The master bed was the perfect place to snuggle up as a family to observe every little detail of this baby boy’s little being. The older siblings were so proud of him!
